Purchasing Tickets

How do I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets on SeatGeek.com, via phone at (888) 985-9421, or at the theatre box office (if open).

How do I purchase accessible seating?

Wheelchair, aisle transfer, companion seats and seats for the visually and hearing impaired can be purchased on SeatGeek.com, if locations are available. Use the Accessibility filter to locate seats that will best meet your needs.

How do I access my SeatGeek ticket?

All tickets are mobile tickets that must be displayed on a smartphone. You can find your tickets in the tickets tab of your account on SeatGeek.com and in the SeatGeek app. If you do not see your tickets in the tickets tab of your SeatGeek account, you may need to complete a simple Account Linking process.

If you do not have a smartphone, visit the theatre box office on the day of your performance for assistance.

Do I need to use the SeatGeek app to display my tickets / I can’t download the SeatGeek app, what do I do?

While you may choose to display your tickets using the SeatGeek app, you can also display them using a mobile browser. Just log into SeatGeek.com from your preferred web browser on your phone or mobile device, and open your tickets in the Tickets tab.

How do I send a ticket to someone on SeatGeek?

Sending tickets to friends on SeatGeek is easy. View step-by-step instructions and walkthrough videos on SeatGeek here.

How do I sell a ticket on SeatGeek?

Selling your tickets on SeatGeek is easy. View step-by-step instructions and walkthrough videos on SeatGeek here.

Please note: SeatGeek can only support payouts to banks in the United States. Resale on SeatGeek may not be available for all shows.

There are multiple people in my party. Does each person need to have their own ticket on their phone?

You do not need to send a ticket to each person in your party, as long as you enter the theatre together. If you’d like each person to have their own mobile ticket, sending a ticket to someone is easy on SeatGeek.

What is your return policy?

Guests may transfer their tickets free of charge or resell their tickets if they purchased through SeatGeek or the Box Office and are unable to attend on the day of the show.

For all Jujamcyn shows, with the exception of the extremely limited engagement of Springsteen on Broadway, guests may also return tickets purchased from the Official Online Box Office or via phone from SeatGeek.com for performances through February 28, 2022 for a refund or exchange. For all other tickets please contact your point of purchase for assistance.

To request an exchange or refund, visit https://www.jujamcyn.com/help/ and fill out the Refunds & Exchanges form. Terms and conditions apply.

If you feel ill, or test positive for COVID-19, please do not come to the theatre, and contact [email protected].

I didn’t buy my ticket on SeatGeek. Is my ticket still valid?

Official primary tickets for shows in Jujamcyn theatres can only be purchased on the SeatGeek platform and at the theatre box office.

If your tickets are from another point of purchase, please reach out to the seller to ensure they send you your mobile ticket on SeatGeek by following these steps. The seller does not need to be able to view the QR code to send your ticket to you.

Screenshots and printouts of mobile tickets will not be accepted for entry into the theatre. Only mobile tickets displayed through SeatGeek.com or in the SeatGeek app or paper tickets printed at the theatre Box Office are considered valid tickets.

COVID-19

What health & safety protocols will be in place?

Jujamcyn Theaters is deeply committed to the health and safety of our audiences, performers, and staff. Based on CDC and New York state guidelines at the time of performance, protocols may include contact tracing survey, vaccination or negative test verification, limitations on belongings in the theatre, proper mask usage, assigned entry times, contactless temperature check, social distancing, and more.

What is your current vaccination policy?

Guests for all performances through October 31, 2021 will need to be fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine in order to attend a performance at a Jujamcyn theatre and must show proof of vaccination at their time of entry into the theatre with their valid ticket. “Fully vaccinated” means the performance date you are attending must be:

  • at least 14 days after your second dose of an FDA or WHO authorized two dose COVID-19 vaccine, or
  • at least 14 days after your single dose of an FDA or WHO authorized single dose COVID-19 vaccine.

The only exception to the above will be for guests under the age of 12, or those who need reasonable accommodations due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief that prevents vaccination. Guests under 12 and those who need reasonable accommodations due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief must provide proof of at least one of the following:

  • negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time, or
  • negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance start time.

Proof of vaccination (or negative test for guests under the age of 12 and those seeking reasonable accommodations due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief) must come directly from the healthcare provider that performed the vaccination (or test for guests under the age of 12 and those seeking reasonable accommodations due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief). Guests can present proof via an official governmental mobile app or website containing vaccination or testing information, or a photo or physical copy of a vaccination card or test result. New York State residents, or anyone who received a COVID-19 vaccine, or was administered a COVID-19 test, in New York State may present proof through the use of the Excelsior Pass (for more details, visit: https://epass.ny.gov).

In addition to providing proof of vaccination (or negative test result, as applicable) in accordance with these protocols, all guests must present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport (guests younger than 18 may present a school photo ID). Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who meets the above requirements.

This policy is subject to change, but will be clearly communicated to ticket holders in advance of their performance.

What if my proof-of-vaccination is not in English?

We will be accepting proof-of-vaccination for all FDA and WHO approved vaccines. If your proof-of-vaccination is not in English, please locate a COVID Safety Officer or other Theatre employee for assistance at your time of entry.

What is your mask policy?

Masks are required to be worn properly at all times except while actively eating or drinking when seated.

Is theatre seating socially distant?

All theatre seating is not socially distant.

What other COVID protocols will be in place?

  • Contactless options will be available for transactions upon entry and for in-venue purchases.
  • All auditorium ventilation systems have been upgraded to MERV 13 filters.
  • EPA approved cleaning products are used along with rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols.

Specific health & safety protocols are subject to change but will be clearly communicated to ticket holders in advance of their performance. Ticket holders who do not comply with venue protocols will not be admitted. More details on our Ticket Holder Terms & Conditions page.
