COVID-19 Safety Measures

Jujamcyn Theaters is committed to the health and safety of our audiences, performers, and staff. The Al Hirschfeld Theatre ventilation systems are enhanced with MERV13 filters, and rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols are in place. At this time, masks for guests are encouraged, but not required, with the exception of those seated in the Can Can section. All guests seated in the Can Can section are required to wear KN95 or KF94 masks at all times. If you cannot meet the requirements for Can Can seating, please select seats in a different area of the theatre.

Can Can! Seating Policies

Due to their close proximity to the stage and performers, all guests seated in the Can Can section are required to wear KN95 or KF94 masks at all times. The Can Can! seating section contains 20 cabaret-style table seats, and is located in the very front of the Orchestra level, surrounded on all sides by the stage. You can determine if you have Can Can! seats by checking the section listed on your tickets. More details on Can Can! seating policies available here.

If you feel ill, or test positive for COVID-19, please do not come to the theatre, and fill out this form.

Health and safety protocols are subject to change. Please check for updates on Jujamcyn.com in advance of your performance date. Ticket holders who do not comply with venue protocols will not be admitted. More details on our Ticket Holder Terms & Conditions page.
