What time does the VIP Room open?

The VIP Room opens one hour before curtain. We suggest arriving 45-60 minutes before curtain so our VIP host can escort you in.

Is the VIP Room wheelchair accessible?

The VIP Room is located up 20 steps on the mezzanine level and is not wheelchair accessible.

How do I find the VIP Room?

When you arrive at the theatre, head to the front of the line and tell a member of our staff that you’ve purchase access to the VIP Room. Any member of our team would be happy to direct you to the VIP Room. Enter the Orchestra level through the first set of doors on your right. Take another right to find the staircase that will lead you to the VIP Room, located on the mezzanine level.

What’s included in my VIP Experience?

Your VIP Experience includes: express entry into the theatre, reserved VIP Room seating pre-show and intermission, a welcome glass of Chandon sparkling wine, soda, or water, access to private restrooms, and dedicated servers and bar.

Can I order additional drinks and snacks?

Yes. The VIP Room offers specialty cocktails and an array of top shelf spirits, beer, and snacks available for purchase.

Is there a coat check in the VIP Room?

Due to space limitations, coat check is located in the basement level. Our VIP host will be happy to check your coat for you once the show starts, but remember it will only be available for pick up after the show from the basement level coat check. You are also welcome to leave your belongings in the VIP Room during Act I, but will be asked to take them with you after intermission.

Can I access the VIP Room from Can Can Table Seating?

Absolutely. Just let our VIP host know that you’re seated in Can Can Table Seating. We’ll be sure to give you plenty of extra time to get to your table.

How many VIP Room entries do I need to purchase?

Each ticket holder in your party will need to purchase access to the VIP Room. One purchased entry admits one person. If you need help purchasing for a larger group, please email us at [email protected]

We’re celebrating a special occasion! Can you make it extra-special?

I’m having trouble at checkout. Are there still seats available?

If the room is sold out or booked for a private event, our online system will not allow you to purchase access to that particular performance. If you’d like to double check availability, please email us at [email protected].   

Can I transfer my purchase or gift it to a friend?

The VIP Experience makes a wonderful gift! We’d be happy to update the name on your reservation. Please email us at [email protected].
