Flexible Rate Ticket Policy

This Flexible Rate Ticket Policy applies to tickets purchased at the Flexible Rate for participating events appearing at the following venues in New York City, which are owned and operated by Jujamcyn Theaters LLC: St. James Theatre, Al Hirschfeld Theatre, August Wilson Theatre, Eugene O’Neill Theatre, and Walter Kerr Theatre.

Tickets purchased at the Flexible Rate may be returned for a full refund under the terms and conditions below. Tickets that were not purchased through SeatGeek.com or the SeatGeek app specifically at the Flexible Rate are not eligible for refund.

At this time, Flexible Rate tickets are available only through the “Official Online Box Office” through SeatGeek’s online primary ticketing platform at SeatGeek.com or the SeatGeek app, and only for the following shows:

  • Moulin Rouge! The Musical
  • The Book of Mormon

Flexible Rate tickets may not be available for all attractions, performances, seats, or tickets. Tickets purchased at the Regular Rate cannot be exchanged for Flexible Rate Tickets and are final sale.

If Flexible Rate tickets are available for the performance and seat(s) you have selected, right before you checkout, you will see “Your Ticket Types” on your screen and can select either the Flexible Rate or the Regular Rate. 

Refunds of tickets purchased at the Flexible Rate must be requested by submitting the Flexible Rate Ticket Refund Request form completely and accurately at least 72 hours prior to the advertised performance date and time. Any requests received after this deadline will not be processed, and the applicable Flexible Rate tickets will not be eligible for refund. Only 1 order or partial order of Flexible Rate tickets per customer may be refunded within any period of 30 consecutive calendar days.

The guest making the request must be the original purchaser of record and will need to validate ownership of the original purchase (i.e. name, order number, e-mail address, method of payment, etc.) when submitting the request.

It is the responsibility of the guest to provide accurate and complete information when submitting the request. If a submitted request contains inaccurate information or is not complete, the request shall not be considered submitted unless and until the customer corrects any and all inaccurate information and provides any and all missing information. If the amount of time it takes to fully correct and complete a refund request does not permit the request to be deemed submitted until after the 72-hour deadline described above, the applicable Flexible Rate tickets that are the subject of such request will not be eligible for refund.

Requests for refunds are voidable if unreadable, inaccurate, incomplete, forged, mechanically reproduced, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with this Flexible Rate Ticket Policy. Jujamcyn Theaters LLC, SeatGeek, Inc., each event producer, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, partners, managers, owners, subsidiaries, service providers, contractors, and related entities and affiliates are not responsible for injury or damage to a guest’s or to any other person’s computer(s), mobile device(s), or other equipment, related to or resulting from submission of a request or downloading materials from or using any website through which requests for refunds are submitted or processed. If, for any reason, a request is not received as planned, including by reason of internet or other connectivity issues, interruption or delay of telecommunications or other utility services, damage by computer virus, worms, or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical limitations or failures, strikes, industry conditions, bankruptcy or liquidation, marketplace demands, applicable law, unforeseen obstacles, or any other causes that, in the sole opinion of Jujamcyn Theaters LLC, could corrupt, compromise, undermine, or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, viability, or proper conducting of the processing of such request, Jujamcyn Theaters LLC, SeatGeek, Inc., each event producer, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, partners, managers, owners, subsidiaries, service providers, contractors, and related entities and affiliates shall not be responsible for the failure of any submission, fulfillment or processing of such request, or have any liability to any individual with respect to such failure, and, under all circumstances, Jujamcyn Theaters LLC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether such request is eligible for consideration.

For approved refunds, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment the guest used to make the original purchase. Approval of and/or determination of eligibility for any refund is at the sole discretion of Jujamcyn Theaters LLC. All decisions are final.
