Online LotteryA limited number of tickets for each performance will be sold via online lottery. Entries will be accepted at https://www.luckyseat.com/frozen until 11:00 AM ET the day before the performance. Winner and non-winner notifications will be sent at approximately 12:30 PM ET the day prior to the performance via email. Winners will also receive a text SMS message (if mobile number is furnished provided the entrant also checks the text consent box.). If you didn't receive notification via email, you can use our result checker which will update at approximately 12:30 PM. Tickets must be purchased online with a credit card by 4:00 PM ET the day prior to the performance using the purchase link in your winner's notification email. Winning tickets not purchased by 4:00 PM are forfeited. Winners must pick up tickets at the box office with a photo ID that matches the name on the entry and the name on the purchase within 2 hours of the performance starting. Winners who require accessible seating should contact us at [email protected] for assistance. Tickets may be partial view. Pairs may be split up.
Age AppropriateWe’re so happy to share the magic of Broadway with our young audience members, but please note that Frozen is not intended for children under 4. The show is recommended for ages 8+. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket. As part of this live theatrical experience, we ask that all audience members remain mindful of fellow theatre-goers throughout their time with us. Singing and talking are not permitted during the performance. Anyone disrupting other guests may be asked to step out of the theatre. A live feed of the show is shown on monitors in our lobbies should anyone in your party need to leave the theatre. If you will be arriving with a stroller, one of our team members will guide you to our stroller check-in, which is available for a $3 charge, cash only. And if you need a booster seat, just ask one of our team members.
At the theatre
When you arrive
Your safety is our highest concern. Doors will open approximately 1 hour prior to show time, so please arrive early and leave plenty of time for security screening, which includes walk-through metal detectors and bag inspections. Firearms or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the theatre, regardless of any licenses or permits.
Where are your seats?
All Orchestra seats are located on the main floor of the theatre. Mezzanine seats are located on the second level: up 29 steps from the Orchestra. The Balcony is located on the third level, up 76 steps from the Orchestra. Please be aware that the St. James Theatre does not have an elevator. However, all staircases have handrails.
What to wear?
While some theatre-goers do get dressed up for their visit to our theatres, you are welcome to wear what makes you most comfortable. Keep in mind that our theatres are kept cool year-round, so you may want to bring a sweater.

Drinks and snacks
As you’re getting settled, please visit our bars (one on each level) to enjoy a drink or snack, which you are welcome to take to your seat.
Men’s and Ladies’ restrooms are located down one flight of stairs from the Orchestra level. Patrons seated in the Mezzanine and Balcony will find a Men’s and Ladies’ restroom on their level. The accessible restroom is located on the Orchestra level. Gender diversity is welcome here. We encourage you to use the restroom that best fits your gender identity or expression.
If you have a bag or large coat, we’d be happy to check it for you. Our coat check is on the Orchestra level. The charge is $3 per item.
Take home something to remember

The St. James Theatre provides wheelchair-accessible seating on the Orchestra level of the theatre for all performances for patrons who use wheelchairs and their companions. There are no steps leading into the Orchestra level of the theatre from the sidewalk. There are steps to access seating on other levels of the theatre. Pricing for wheelchair-accessible seats on the Orchestra level varies so as to capture the range of prices available throughout the theatre.

Accessibility by seating section
Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps, with the exception of rows Q, R, S, and T in the Right and Center Orchestra sections only. There are no steps to the designated wheelchair seating locations. Wheelchair seating is in the Orchestra only.
Located on the 2nd level: up 29 steps from the Orchestra. There are an additional 20 steps up to the remainder of the Mezzanine. Entrance to Mezzanine is behind row E.
Located on the 3rd level: up 76 steps from the Orchestra.
Please Note: On the Mezzanine and Balcony levels, there are approximately 2 steps up/down per row.

The St. James Theatre offers D-Scriptive devices for the blind, I-Caption devices for the deaf, audio induction neck loops for those who have a “T” switch on their hearing aid or cochlear implant, infrared headsets to enhance sound and dialogue, and Showtrans devices in Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean and Chinese. If an assistive device would help you enjoy the show, please visit the headset booth in the Orchestra lobby. There is no charge, but a valid photo ID is required as a deposit.
