How do I buy tickets to New York, New York: A New Musical?

You can purchase tickets to New, York, New York on SeatGeek.com, via phone at (888) 985-9421, or at the St. James Theatre box office.

How do I purchase accessible seating?

Wheelchair Accessible seating, Aisle Transfer seating, Companion seating, and Vision/Hearing Accessible seating can be purchased on SeatGeek.com, if locations are available. After selecting a performance, click the Accessible button to display all accessible seating types. If you want to see only certain types of accessible seating, open the filter screen by clicking the button with horizontal lines in the SeatGeek app, or the top left button with vertical lines on SeatGeek.com. Use the toggles at the bottom of the filter screen to select specific types of accessible seating. Make sure to select “Any Quantity” of tickets at the top of the filter screen so that all available seats falling under the selected category or categories of accessible seating are displayed.

How do I access my SeatGeek ticket?

All tickets are mobile tickets that must be displayed on a smartphone. You can find your tickets in the tickets tab of your account on SeatGeek.com and in the SeatGeek app. If you do not see your tickets in the tickets tab of your SeatGeek account, you may need to complete a simple Account Linking process.

If you do not have a smartphone, visit the St. James Theatre box office on the day of your performance for assistance.

Do I need to use the SeatGeek app to display my tickets / I can’t download the SeatGeek app, what do I do?

While you may choose to display your tickets using the SeatGeek app, you can also display them using a mobile browser. Just log into SeatGeek.com from your preferred web browser on your phone or mobile device, and open your tickets in the Tickets tab.

How do I send a ticket to someone on SeatGeek?

There are multiple people in my party. Does each person need to have their own ticket on their phone?

You do not need to send a ticket to each person in your party, as long as you enter the theatre together. If you’d like each person to have their own mobile ticket, sending a ticket to someone is easy on SeatGeek.

I didn’t buy my ticket on SeatGeek. Is my ticket still valid?

Official primary tickets for shows in Jujamcyn theatres can only be purchased on the SeatGeek platform and at the theatre box office. Screenshots and printouts of mobile tickets will not be accepted for entry into the theatre.

What if I can’t attend my performance?
