Client and Customer Services Associate

Lucky Seat is seeking a creative, hard-working problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills to join our team. As a Client and Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in Lucky Seat’s operations, including responding to requests and questions from Clients and Customers, building and running digital ticket lotteries, checking/updating content on a variety of digital platforms, maintaining records and distributing regular reports to our team.

Responsibilities:

Client and Customer service support.

Assisting in developing and maintaining Lucky Seat projects.

Building and operating digital ticket lotteries.

Reporting and data entry.

Basic Qualifications:

Candidates should have experience in client services, customer service, and marketing. The candidate must also be outgoing, well organized, detail-oriented, and have the drive to learn new skills. Applicants must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities/projects at once. The ideal candidate possesses a positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong computer skills

Live event ticketing system experience

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
