COVID-19 Safety Measures

Jujamcyn Theaters is committed to the health and safety of our audiences, performers, and staff. All theatre ventilation systems are enhanced with MERV13 filters and rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols are in place. For performances through June 30, 2022, guests must properly wear a mask at all times except while actively eating or drinking in their seats. All masks must completely cover the nose and mouth, and must comply with the CDC guidelines for acceptable face coverings. Starting July 1, 2022, masks are encouraged but not required.

Policies for Can Can! Seating at Moulin Rouge! The Musical

For performances through June 30, 2022, Can Can! ticket holders at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre must be fully vaccinated.  Additionally, due to their close proximity to the stage and performers, Can Can! ticket holders must wear a KN95 or a KF94 mask at all times, even for performances after June 30, 2022.  More details on Can Can! seating policies available here.

If you feel ill, or test positive for COVID-19, please do not come to the theatre, and contact [email protected].

These policies are subject to change. Please check for updates on in advance of the performance date. Ticket holders who do not comply with venue protocols will not be admitted. More details on our Ticket Holder Terms & Conditions page.
