Broadway performances are suspended due to COVID-19 until further notice. While a date to resume performances has yet to be determined, Broadway theatres are now offering refunds for tickets purchased for performances through May 30, 2021.
We are continuously updating this page to reflect the most accurate information about this evolving situation. Please see below for answers to frequently asked questions.

When is Broadway coming back?
Like you, we are not sure when it will be safe to gather again. If you’d like to be the first to know about relaunch plans, and receive a special deal on your first purchase when Broadway reopens, please sign up for our email list.
I have tickets to a performance before May 30, 2021. What happens now?
All tickets for canceled performances will be refunded at your original point of purchase. If you have questions about your refund, please email us at [email protected].
I purchased tickets through Ticketmaster.com or Ticketmaster via phone. What happens now?
You will receive a refund automatically, if you have not already. You refund will be processed in as soon as 30 days from the cancellation date.
For any issues with a refund, please contact Ticketmaster at (800) 653-8000 and have your Ticketmaster Account Number/Confirmation Number handy. Visit the Ticketmaster FAQ for more information.
Can I exchange my tickets for a performance at a future date?
Jujamcyn Theaters will not be facilitating exchanges for canceled performances at this time. Instead, please sign up for our email list to be the first to know about relaunch plans, and receive a special deal for your first purchase when Broadway reopens.
If your performance has not been canceled and you would like to exchange your tickets, please reach out to your point of purchase for assistance.
I purchased tickets at the Box Office. What happens now?
If you purchased at the Box Office with a credit card, your refund has been processed.
If you purchased at the Box Office with cash or a check: email a photo or copy of your tickets and your mailing address to cu[email protected] with the subject line “Box Office Cash Purchase Refund Request” so that we can process your refund.
I purchased tickets as part of a group. How will I get my refund?
Please contact your Group Sales Agent for more information regarding refunds and exchanges. Please retain your original tickets until you speak with the Group Sales Agent.
I purchased tickets through another sales channel. How do I get my refund?
If you purchased tickets through any licensed sales channel (including, but not limited to, Ticketmaster Retail Outlets, Broadway.com, Continental Guest Services, Broadway Inbound, TDF, etc.): please contact your original point of purchase for more information regarding refunds or exchanges. If you have your tickets in hand, please retain them for a refund or exchange.
