VIP Room Passes

What’s included in my VIP Room Pass?

Your VIP Room Pass includes:

  • Express entry into the theatre
  • Access to the VIP room pre-show and during intermission
  • Reserved seating
  • A complimentary welcome glass of Prosecco. Non-alcoholic alternatives available by request.
  • A dedicated server

Please Note: The St. James VIP Room does not have a private bathroom. You must have tickets for Monty Python’s Spamalot on the date and time of your VIP Room Pass to enter the St. James Theatre. VIP Room Passes are non-transferrable.

How many VIP Room Passes do I need to purchase?

Each Monty Python’s Spamalot ticket holder requires a VIP Room Pass for entry. If you need help purchasing for a large group or would like to book the whole room, please contact us by filling out this form.

Do I need to have tickets for the show to enter the VIP Room?

Yes. Please verify that your tickets for the St. James VIP Room match the date and time of your tickets to Monty Python’s Spamalot. If you do not have tickets for Monty Python’s Spamalot, you can purchase them on SeatGeek here.

Can I order additional drinks and snacks?

Yes. All items available at the main bar are available for purchase from the VIP Room’s dedicated server.

Which theatre seats do not have access the VIP Room?

Ticket holders seated in the Balcony and Boxes will not have time to access the VIP Room during intermission, so we do not recommend purchasing VIP Room Passes if you are seated in those sections. If you’d like to exchange your seats for locations with access to the VIP room, please contact us by filling out this from and we will be happy to reseat you.

What if my event isn’t on SeatGeek yet?

VIP Room Passes will likely be available for all performances of Monty Python’s Spamalot. If you don’t see your event on SeatGeek, check back closer to your performance.

VIP Room Access

What time does the VIP Room open?

The VIP Room opens 45 minutes before curtain. We suggest arriving early to enjoy the room.

Is the VIP Room wheelchair accessible?

The VIP Room is located between the Orchestra and Mezzanine levels and is not wheelchair accessible. The Mezzanine is 29 steps up from the Orchestra.

How do I find the VIP Room?

When you arrive at the theatre, head to the front of the line and tell a member of our staff that you’ve purchased access to the VIP Room. Any member of our team would be happy to direct you to the VIP Room.

Does the VIP Room have a private bathroom?

No. The VIP Room at the St. James Theatre does not have a private bathroom. Our VIP host will be happy to guide you to the nearest theatre restrooms.

Health & Safety Measures

What are the health and safety measures for the VIP Room?

Jujamcyn Theaters is committed to the health and safety of our audiences, performers, and staff. The St. James Theatre ventilation systems are enhanced with MERV13 filters, and rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols are in place.

If you test positive for COVID-19, please do not come to the theatre, and fill out this form.

Can we celebrate a special occasion in the VIP Room?

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or wedding proposal, the VIP Room is a perfect space to mark the occasion. Additional concessions can be ordered from the dedicated bartender within the room.

Can I rent the room for my private event or group outing?
